The CX Innovation office was very happy to support team “Greentrip” with their App also called “Greentrip” – encouraging commuters to switch to healthier and environmental friendly commutes through the great app.
The app supports multi-modal trips (e.g. walk-Bus-eScooter) via ad-hoc or pre-defined trips. Also, the rewards i.e. “GreenCoins” collected as part of the app’s Loyalty feature can be redeemed for further trips or city offerings such as Museum tickets. Each individual trip reports the carbon footprint, calories burned (e.g. walking) and awarded GreenCoins as statistics. All of this happens with the help of SAP Leonardo Machine Learning (for providing smart trip options) and SAP Loyalty Marketing (SAP Marketing Cloud) which helps on the “GreenCoins” rewarding side.
